Growth Manager (web-hosting) (offline)

🌍We're a web hosting product-focused company in search of a Growth Manager to join our sales team. You will be responsible for developing long-term sales strategies and enhancing our company's presence in international markets.

What will be your tasks?
🔹Boost sales for web-hosting products and services, both inbound and outbound, in international markets.
🔹Conduct market research to uncover new markets, target groups, and partnership opportunities.
🔹Define strategic directions for the sales team, focusing on joint sales targets and new client acquisition methods.
🔹Develop innovative sales tactics to improve product and service sales.
🔹Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
🔹Work closely with Product and Technical teams to broaden and enhance our offerings.

What knowledge and skills are we looking for?
🔹3+ years of experience specializing in the growth of IT sales, ideally within Web-Hosting, Cloud, SaaS, or related sectors.
🔹Proven involvement designing and delivering breakthrough sales and channels programs.
🔹Demonstrated success in Go-to-Market strategy execution.
🔹Proficient in English communication and presentation (B2+ level).
Nice to have:
🔹An IT technical background will be helpful but not essential - the key is to be open-minded, understand the context of the client and the IT world.
