Casino Account Manager (offline)

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.

Currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Casino Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Be the main contact for assigned casino providers, fostering strong relationships.
- Understand each client's needs and create customized strategies to meet them.
- Attend industry events and conferences, networking with casino operators and stakeholders during up to 4 business trips per year.
- Monitor performance metrics and address client concerns promptly.
- Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven experience in account management in the casino or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of casino operations and regulations.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
