QA Manual (Senior)
Position Description:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our software products. You will manage the testing processes, from strategy to execution, ensuring our products meet quality standards and requirements. Your extensive experience in testing, automation, and leading teams will be key in maintaining our high-quality standards and implementing best QA practices.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement testing strategies for comprehensive coverage of product requirements.
Collaborate with development teams for the effective integration of testing processes into product development.
Analyze product requirements, identify quality risks, and develop risk mitigation plans.
Develop and execute test scenarios.
Document testing results and track identified defects.
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the QA field.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Technical Skills:
High-level understanding of manual testing methodologies, test scenario development, and the processes of documenting and tracking defects.
Experience with testing across various platforms, including web applications, mobile, and desktop applications.
Experience using project management and bug-tracking tools, such as JIRA.
Familiarity with test management systems, particularly TestRail.
Practical experience using browser developer tools.
Ability to work with SQL database tools.
Professional knowledge of API testing tools, such as Postman or SoapUI.
Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools for continuous integration and delivery, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI.
Knowledge of the specifics of testing applications built on a microservices architecture.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in automation testing tools, such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwrite.
Proficiency in performance testing methodologies and tools, such as JMeter.
