Head of performance marketing (offline)

Fintech company with its own product is looking for a ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  to join its team.

โšกTo build systemic processes and be responsible for Acquisition - attracting users to the company's products, source management

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
๐Ÿ”น Strategic and tactical planning of online advertising and promotion of performance channels
๐Ÿ”น Ensuring the implementation of plans for work in each of the channels: PPC, SEO, CPA, Social Media Advertising, Targeting ads, Programmatic, Retargeting, etc.
๐Ÿ”น Ensuring the implementation of work plans with channel managers (PPC, SEO, CPA, Social Media Advertising, Targeting ads, Programmatic, Retargeting) in the Company and external contractors
๐Ÿ”น Quality control and preparation of marketing reports in each channel by each performer (both internal and external)
๐Ÿ”นOrganization and control of setting up and maintaining online analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), evaluation of the effectiveness of channels and advertising campaigns at the level of traffic, conversions both independently and with each specific performer
๐Ÿ”น Work with UX/UI (graphic designer) of any resources that the company needs: websites, landing pages, mobile applications
๐Ÿ”น Conducting A/B/N () tests to improve the UX/UI of the main site and other sites or landing pages
๐Ÿ”นPreparing regular reports (including for accounting)
๐Ÿ”นDevelopment and training of your team, participation in training programs within the company
๐Ÿ”นCommunication with other departments of the company

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž:
๐Ÿ”น 3+ years of experience in a similar or related position
๐Ÿ”น Experience in building and managing Digital processes, knowledge of basic tools and frameworks in this area
๐Ÿ”น Experience in developing and implementing a marketing strategy in terms of Digital, budgeting
๐Ÿ”นWorking with all major traffic channels: CPA, Social Media Advertising, Targeting ads, Programmatic, Retargeting, etc.
๐Ÿ”น Practical experience in launching and developing new, non-standard channels of user acquisition
๐Ÿ”น Experience in expanding the audience of the application
๐Ÿ”น Practical skills in setting KPI/ROI for different types/kinds of traffic
๐Ÿ”น Knowledge of marketing analytics tools
๐Ÿ”น English - preferably Intermediate +
