QA Manual/Automation engineer (offline)

REQUIRED skills:
- At least 2 years of commercial work experience
- A clear understanding of standard QA methodologies
- Experience in writing test cases, preparing test plans
- Experience in building a testing process
- Knowing how to test HTTP APIs and which tools to use
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Working with bug tracking systems (we use Jira and Qase)
- English sufficient for written communication, writing and reading technical documentation and test plans, Jira tickets etc.

Would be a PLUS:
- Automated tests experience is a big plus (we use Playwright)
- Knowing how internet operates (we are an Internet Service Provider)
- Spoken English skills (sometimes we have online meetings with our colleagues in Sweden)
- If you know how to program that is of course a plus
- Common sense and experience of working in agile environment
- Curiosity and willingness to understand how and why things work, who is the target audience of a feature or a project, what's the big picture etc
- Knowing what's RabbitMQ or NATS or other similar software
- Git and GitLab (or GitHub etc) experience

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of test cases and test plans, supporting test documentation
- Manual testing of web applications and HTTP APIs
- If you have the required skills, writing automated tests for leaving you more room for a more creative work
- Investigating details together with the developers and business experts, helping coming up together with the solutions for the unknown problems
- Analysing test results
- Improving QA processes overall, voicing your own suggestions for improvements
- Helping us build better software faster
