Infrastructure Engineer for Wind power project

For the Digital Foundation & Infrastructure Core IT Platform Services team located in Brande, Denmark we are looking for a person to take a key role in the design and maintenance of the Server solutions for our SCADA platform used globally in all SGRE Plants.

As an Infrastructure Developer, you are responsible for the server hardware platform, which is used for the Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SCADA system. You will be a part of a team which operates in a busy and rapidly changing environment. It is therefore a requirement that you can handle and cope with many parallel ongoing tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Design/Configuration/Test/Documentation/Release of Infrastructure components used inthe Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SCADA system.
• Familiar with Server (HPE) and UPS (Eaton) HW and Cyber security knowledge and Security implementation on above platforms.
• Scripting and/or programming.
• Automation with Ansible (Python).

Requirements:

• You have a technical background as Data IT technician or an education within computer science or engineering, combined with 3-5 years of experience within industrial IT or Operational technology.
• Experience with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SCADA system is a MUST.
• We expect you to have in-depth knowledge and experience with Server HPE / UPS (Eaton) HW.
• We expect you to have in-depth knowledge of Infrastructure components network and server hardware, servers, scripting (PowerShell/Bash) .
• Good to have knowledge on automating infrastructure with products like Ansible (Python) and test automation with tools like Gitlab runners.
• That`s amazing if IT/OT security is a high priority for you, and you know different security products and standards.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in software development and database solutions (SQL server) is a plus.
• Working experience with SCADA infrastructure and Data Center is a huge advantage.
• Knowledge about SAFe and PL planning would be an added advantage.
