IT Business Analyst (offline)

Required skill set:
⦁ Experience in working as a IT Business Analyst for the tech company – 2+ years;
⦁ Experience in gathering requirements (personal sessions, scoping calls, analyzing documentation from the customer, etc.);
⦁ Knowledge of Business Analysis Theory, Scrum and Agile methodology;
⦁ Knowledge of Confluence;
⦁ Strong client management skills;
⦁ Basic technical and engineering knowledge, understanding of the software development lifecycle;
⦁ Ability to speak 'the same language' with developers and designers;
⦁ English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
⦁ German will be a big plus;
⦁ Communication, problem-solving, analytical and system thinking, attention to details, time-management skills.

Responsibilities:
⦁ Participation in the Pre-Sale;
⦁ Conduct meetings with clients;
⦁ Identify, collect and document requirements;
⦁ Generate design documentation for development;
⦁ Collaborate with the development team to implement solutions for clients;
⦁ Control the timing and quality of tasks within the project.
