Project Manager (offline) $500-2500

Barwenock is a US-based award-winning software engineering company with experience in developing complex solutions for companies worldwide. Currently, we’re looking for the Project Manager specialist for the upcoming project!

Our candidate:
Lead project planning activities, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure the successful execution of project activities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance specialists, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Communicate project status updates, key milestones, and risks to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future projects.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in a software development or technology-focused environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
The role is designed for individuals with existing commitments, requiring a minimum of 30 hours weekly and offering flexibility to accommodate current work schedules.
