Lead Product designer (offline)

We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Product Designer with a speciality in Mobile Apps (consumer focused) to join a new startup based in London.

You'll be the first design hire, opportunity to grow with us and lead the design function of a VC backed company.

We’re looking for an elite designer who has extensive experience in building mobile apps for consumers that have reached millions of users.

Key skills

• +5 years experience in designing for web, Android and iOS

• Strong experience in designing for e-commerce or marketplace sites preferred

• An inquisitive mind with a proactive approach to problem solving, and ready for challenges

• Advocate for user-centric design approaches

• A passion for creative collaboration across disciplines

• Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy

• Experience building and documenting design systems

• A logical approach to assessing tasks and prioritising effectively

• A hunger for learning and sharing knowledge
