Business Analyst /Product Owner

YOUR IMPACT:
- Collaborate and work effectively as a part of cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software;
- Elicit and manage requirements from various stakeholders (product, designer, marketing, analytics, support);
- Participate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (grooming, planning, retro);
- Create and maintain product documentation (User Story, Scope, SRS);
UML/BPMN or other business modeling experience;
- Articulate clearly, both written and orally, to build consensus, communicate ideas and deliver on-time.

ABOUT YOU:
- 3-4 year of experience as a product owner or business analyst;
- Ability to reveal user’s needs and crafting effective solutions;
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (including Scrum and Kanban methodologies);
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience with В2С product with a large number of users;
- Basic product analytics knowledge;
- English level — Intermediate+.
