Middle Researcher / Middle Lead Generation Manager $500-900

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Middle Researcher / Middle Lead Generation Manager to join our dynamic team ✨

Key Responsibilities
• Research and qualify companies as well as contacts according to the ICP meeting weekly/monthly KPI;
• Work with various online tools and databases to enrich leads;
• Prepare and format leads databases for outreach automation tools;
• Search for new sources of generating leads;
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams;
• Report weekly on achieved results identifying areas of improvement.

Requirements:
• At least 1+ year of experience in data research or lead generation management;
• Experience with research and validation tools (e.g. Apollo, Phantom Buster, etc.);
• B1+ level of written English;
• Attention to detail, strong time and task management skills;
• Proactive and quota-driven approach to work;
• Familiarity with emerging trends in the tech & startup world.

Would be a plus:
• Work experience at an IT company
