Middle+/Senior Golang Back-End Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Middle+ Golang Engineer with a strong background in developing high-load services and microservices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with multithreading, as well as proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MongoDB experience is a plus), Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and building RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Design, develop, and maintain high-load services and microservices architecture.
✔️ Implement efficient multithreading solutions to handle concurrency effectively.
✔️ Integrate and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases, with a preference for MongoDB.
✔️ Utilize Redis for caching and improving system performance.
✔️ Implement message brokers like RabbitMQ/Kafka for asynchronous communication between services.
✔️ Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless interaction with frontend applications.
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
✔️ Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.
✔️ Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system scalability and performance.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✔️ Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience as a backend developer.
✔️ Proven track record of at least 3 years of experience with Golang development.
✔️ Strong understanding of high-load services and microservices architecture.
✔️ Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, with a preference for MongoDB.
✔️ Experience with Redis for caching and optimizing system performance.
✔️ Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ/Kafka for asynchronous communication.
✔️ Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
✔️ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
✔️ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
✔️ Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
✔️ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
✔️ Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
