BI Analyst

Requirements:

- 2+ years of proven experience as a BI Analyst;
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting complex datasets and converting them into actionable insights;
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analytics and visualization software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is crucial;
- Communication Skills: Be able to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, often through presentations and reports. Working with Commercial and Product Departments;
- Upper Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities:

- Data Collection and Management: Gather data, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by cleaning and preprocessing it for analysis;
- Data Analysis: Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data. This involves identifying trends, patterns, and correlations within the data that could provide actionable insights for business improvements;
- Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate the data analysis findings to stakeholders. This requires proficiency in BI and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView;
- Decision Support: Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to management and other stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making. This could involve forecasting, scenario analysis, and benchmarking;
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze internal processes to identify areas for improvement. Recommend changes to processes or strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness;
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with departments including product, finance, marketing, and operations, to understand their data analysis needs and deliver insights to help them achieve their objectives. Communicate complex data in a comprehensible way to non-technical stakeholders;
- Project Management: Manage BI projects from conception to completion, including setting timelines, defining deliverables, and monitoring progress to ensure that projects meet business needs and are delivered on time.

- 2nd Final interview - CCO and GD.
