Middle Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Manager of at least 2+ years.
Knowledge of requirements lifecycle, business analysis techniques, and requirements management tools.
Knowledge of Software development Life Cycle and the Agile methodology (especially Scrum and Kanban).
Knowledge of Business process modeling, prototyping, and diagramming tools (Miro, Draw.io, etc.).
Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving.
Skilled in low-fidelity wireframing
English upper-intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written
Experience in the healthcare or biotech domain would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Perform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements.
Establishing and monitoring the requirements management processes throughout the project life-cycle.
Facilitate and lead the requirements elicitation process.
Manage product and project scope.
Preparation of artifacts, and technical documentation.
Perform presentations and demos to stakeholders.
Designs and wireframes discussion.
Communication with stakeholders.
