Senior Project Manager (offline)

Professional Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience;
- Ability to lead development teams and manage multiple projects, preferably in web3/blockchain;
- Experience with external contractors, partners and third-party service integrations;
- Strong understanding of web3 project architecture and system performance;
- A proactive approach to challenges;
- Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate).

Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Liaison: Act as the pivotal link among stakeholders, partners, and our tech team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment;
- SDLC Management: Oversee the entire development lifecycle, guaranteeing timely, scope-aligned, and quality-centric delivery;
- Manage platforms’ integrations, partner communications and customer delivery;
- Drive process optimization to improve team quality and efficiency.
