Service/Help Desk Engineer (offline)

👋 We’re rapidly growing and inviting an Access Manager to our team.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in IT;
• 1+ years of experience as a Service/Help Desk Engineer, Security Access Engineer, SecOps, Access Manager etc;
• Understanding of access control principles and methodologies, principles of authentication and authorization, RBAC;
• Good knowledge of SSO protocols like OAuth, SAML, OpenID;
• Knowledge and understanding of basic risk assessment based on business requirements;
• Experience with end-user infrastructure systems such as Active Directory, VPN (User management, Organizational Units, Security Groups, Containers);
• Experience in granting access rights in various systems (Windows Domain, network equipment, Unix, DB, GitLab, JIRA, k8s, etc.);
• Experience with ticketing system;
• Problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Attention to detail;
• English: Intermediate.


As a plus:
Experience in Fintech.


Responsibilities:
• Develop, coordinate, support and optimize access management processes (Access Matrix and profiles);
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations related to access control;
• Conduct regular audits of access permissions and user privileges;
• Support employees with access issues;
• Participate in Onboarding and Dismissal process to provide and revoke accesses for employees;
• Creation and updating of FAQ manuals/instructions for internal teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in access management technologies.
