Digital Marketing Specialist for Software Development company (offline)

The main goal of this position is to support sales by drawing the right buyer personas into our sales funnel. You'll create content, manage analytics and CRM integrations to improve how leads move through the funnel and become qualified sales leads.
This is our first and only marketing role, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.

Essential Skills
Lead Nurturing Knowledge:
- Understanding how to identify and adjust buyer personas and create personalized lead nurturing paths and automations.

Content Writing:
- Strong writing skills for creating press articles, ad copies, and LinkedIn posts to attract our target audience.
- Experience in engaging with journalists to get articles published.

Technical Digital Marketing:
- Ability to set up and manage ads, perform A/B testing, and launch retargeting campaigns.
- To be skilled in using analytics to optimize performance and create automations on platforms like LinkedIn and HubSpot.

Personal Qualities Needed
- Independence and Team Collaboration: You should be able to work independently while also working closely with the Sales team to set and meet targets. As the sole member of the marketing team, you'll have the freedom and responsibility to drive our marketing efforts forward.
- Taking Charge: Ready to take responsibility for reaching marketing goals.
- Marketing Versatility: While not needing to specialize in all areas, the candidate should have a good grasp of content creation, digital marketing technicalities, and lead nurturing strategies. Should one area be weaker, the individual must be competent to source and manage subcontracting specialists effectively, ensuring quality outcomes.
- Flexibility: Previous experience in startups or mid-sized companies, with a history of handling various marketing tasks effectively, is a plus.

This role requires a candidate who can adapt to different marketing needs, similar to a Swiss Army knife, capable of strategic thinking and managing projects or external teams as needed.
