As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and enhancing our service offerings within the advertising industry. Your expertise will drive growth and foster meaningful relationships with clients and partners alike, ensuring the delivery of top-tier ROI and reinforcing our position as a leader in lead generation, traffic monetization and user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Lead generation for markets: America, European Union, Asia, CIS and secure new business opportunities in key verticals: igaming, finance, dating, utilities, applications, and leadgen.
Involving new advertisers into project ecosystem.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and marketing departments.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create cohesive and effective growth strategies.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.

Requirements
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the advertising, digital marketing, or related industries.
Strong understanding of online advertising models (CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.) and general understanding of the online campaign optimization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong professional relationships.
Track record with verticals igaming, finance, dating, utilities, applications, leadgen.
Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive business decisions.
Familiarity with CRM systems, and proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
A team player with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Fluent (C1 as min) in English, with additional languages being a significant plus.
