Junior Business Analyst (offline) $700-1000

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who is ready to take their first step towards an exciting and fulfilling career in our dynamic team ✨

Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements management, prioritization, traceability, and validation of the requirements;
• Writing documentation of functional and non-functional requirements (detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams, schemes, etc.);
• Decompose and elaborate requirements according to business priorities;
• Communication with stakeholders to gather and elicit requirements;
• Participate in the pre-sales process of Web and Mobile (iOS, Android) projects: requirements elicitation, feature list creation, and proposal preparation.

Requirements:
• 0.5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position;
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation and artifacts: User Stories, Use Cases, Functional and Non-functional requirements, UML diagrams, and Flowcharts;
• Solid understanding of business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities;
• Familiarity with software development principles and SDLC;
• B1+ level of spoken and written English;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work effectively in a team;
• Detail-oriented and structured approach to process implementation.

Would be a plus:
• Certification in business analysis;
• Work experience at an IT company.
