Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work on our flagship product - TMetric.

TMetric is a SaaS product that operates 24/7 and serves clients from all over the world. The service includes a web application, a browser extension, a cross-platform desktop client, and mobile applications.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
- Skills in working with traffic channels (e-mail, SEO, adwords, catalogs, etc);
- Social Media promotion skills (FB, Instagram, YouTube, messengers);
- Excellent skills in segmentation, competitive analysis, interviews, surveys, focus groups, research;
- Good content management skills online and offline;
- Proficient in goal-setting tools (SMART, creative brief, project passport);
- Proficiency in planning tools (GANTT, WBS);
- Budgeting, cost control, and optimization;
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency;
- Advanced PowerPoint/Google Slides;
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools;
- Advanced proficiency in advertising analytics tools;
- Knowledge of basic UI/UX concepts.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis of marketing strategies, current and promising development areas;
- Analysis and building a profile of the target audience (TA): collecting information from open sources, conducting research, focus groups, etc.;
- Planning and participation in launches of new products and releases;
- Building a product development map together with the development team;
- Presentation of the product within the company and for external audiences (negotiations with clients, industry exhibitions, conferences, meetups);
- Product Pricing Recommendations Based on Analysis;
- Monitoring, research, and analysis of product reviews from customers;
- Development and implementation of a product promotion strategy together with the development, Marketing, PR, Sales, Partnership Teams;
- Analysis of metrics and growth areas in various channels (product pages, social media, events);
- Development, implementation, and improvement of plans to attract traffic and its conversion;
- Formation, control, and optimization of marketing budget expenses;
- Management of the full cycle of production and placement of content for promotion;
- Coordination of actions and implementation of projects with top management and stakeholders;
- Forming a task pool for various teams in Jira based on developed plans;
- Coordination and collaboration with User Acquisition, PR, SMM, SEO, Link Building, Event;
- Support of the Sales department: presentation of new products, development of tools and events that increase sales efficiency;
- Providing regular reporting on promotion effectiveness to stakeholders and team;
- Generating weekly operational marketing reports;
- Organization and support of a unified document flow system for working on projects;
- Creating a table of improvements within OKR;
- Uploading and updating project plans, cases, and presentations in Confluence.
