Product Growth manager CRM

Requirements:
- Spoken Ukrainian/Russian
- Experience in the online casino or gaming industry as a CRM Product Manager for at least 3 years;
- Experience in product management with automated CRM systems and knowledge of process automation methods to optimize customer interactions;
- Ability to work with email marketing platforms;
- Deep understanding of A/B testing principles and methodology;
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and formulate recommendations based on data;
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with various levels of the team and stakeholders;
- Experience with Agile methodologies in product development (e.g., Scrum, Kanban);
- Ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams;
- Practical experience in managing all stages of the product life cycle.

Will be plus:
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and key factors influencing landing page conversion;
- Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various project stakeholders, including developers, designers, marketers, and product managers, for successful implementation of testing initiatives and landing page optimization;
- Organizational abilities: Ability to efficiently plan and organize work, adhere to deadlines, and coordinate actions of different team members to achieve common goals;
- Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to quickly respond to changes in situation and adapt to new requirements and working conditions;
- Desire for self-development: Willingness to constantly learn and grow in the areas of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and product management.

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of CRM strategy to increase customer loyalty and participation in games;
- Creating customer life cycles: from registration, conversion, and interaction to churn prevention and reactivation;
- Management of ongoing customer segmentation;
- Tracking and testing the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, including email blasts, SMS notifications, push notifications, and other communication channels;
- Contribution to strategy, planning, and development of CRM to increase retention and LTV;
- Analysis of CRM campaign effectiveness and development of recommendations for improvement based on data and metrics;
- Collaboration with stakeholders in various departments to ensure seamless and consistent workflow and communication;
- Continuous study and analysis of user behavior data on landing pages to identify new opportunities for improving and optimizing user experience.

Technical Stack:
- Knowledge of analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, dashboards, conversion optimization tools, Hotjar, and others;
- Knowledge and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.;
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, GetResponse, etc.
