Learning and Development Manager

GotYourBack Support is looking for an L&D Manager to drive employee growth and development; design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs that equip our employees with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of GotYourBack Support.

What is expected:

Needs Assessment:
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Analyze departments’ business goals and objectives to ensure alignment of L&D initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive L&D strategy for GotYourBack Support.

L&D Programs Development:
- Develop engaging and effective training programs using various L&D methods (e.g., coach-led, eLearning, on-the-job, mentoring).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure program content accuracy and relevance.

Program Implementation:
- Manage the logistics and methodology of training programs (scheduling, budgeting, resources).
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions if needed.
- Oversee the implementation of L&D programs at GotYourBack Support, taking ownership of program success and proactively identifying and resolving any issues.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Improvement:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously update and refine L&D programs based on feedback and results.

Knowledge Management:
- Stay current on L&D trends and best practices.
- Research and implement innovative approaches to learning and development.
- Maintain and curate the learning management system (LMS) Moodle.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with Heads of Departments to align L&D initiatives with departments’ needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at GotYourBack Support.
- Clearly communicate L&D initiatives and program benefits to employees.

Your Daily Tasks will include:
- Analyze training data and reports.
- Develop training materials (e.g., presentations, online modules).
- Manage communication regarding upcoming training programs.
Conduct meetings with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to training opportunities.

You'll succeed if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in an L&D, coach or training role.
- Proven experience in developing, and delivering training programs.
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), Moodle preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for learning and development.
- English level: B2-C1
