Technical Requirements:

- 8+ years of relevant experience

- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Restful Web Services, and Microservices

- Familiarity with SWIFT Payments and formats (MT and ISO)

- Knowledge/experience with SWIFT products: SAA, IPLA, SWIFT Web Platform (SWP) is preferred

- Experience with Volante Designer

- Strong understanding of:

SWIFT Alliance Gateway (SAG)

SWIFT Web Platform (SWP)

Alliance Messaging Hub

SWIFT Message standard (MT Messages)

SWIFT FileAct, InterAct, IPLA

Online Operation Manager (O2M)

New Payment Platform (NPP)

Payment Alliance Gateway (PAG)

SWIFT GPI, UNIX, Linux, AIX, BMC Remedy Tool

- Ability to grasp architectural and technical aspects of projects

- Proficiency in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

- Fluency in English
