Collaboration Operations Engineer (SharePoint Online) (offline)
Project Description:
A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a technical support engineer to support a full IT application landscape including all back-office applications (manufacturing, sales, marketing, etc.).
Activities will include maintenance of all IT application, their integration and small projects to implement new functionalities. We are looking for candidates with a strong technical background and good English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
β’ Support and Maintain the company Collaboration environment based on Office 365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, etc.)
β’ Create and manage collaboration spaces.
β’ Provide trainings to business key users and develop training material where necessary
β’ Deploy applications, create and update documentation
β’ Troubleshoot/Resolve issues related with the SharePoint hosting environment and hosted applications
β’ Deploy and assist external developers with website rollout on Linux Plesk Shared hosting.
β’ Perform Plesk to Plesk website migration
Mandatory Skills:
β’ Solid knowledge and proven experience with managing SPO Tenants.
β’ Experience in working with any of the world-known service desk automation solutions.
β’ Preference will be provided to candidates with good knowledge and proven experience with PowerShell.
β’ Preference will be provided to candidates with Microsoft certifications on SharePoint and experience with managing on-premise platforms.
β’ Preference will be provided to candidates with knowledge in MS Project Online administration skills.
β’ Basic understanding of ITIL principles.
β’ Very good communication skills in English.
Special tasks:
β’ The post holder is required to perform activities within projects and undertake specific tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
β’ Responsible for operational support of the existing Sharepoint and Enterprise Web Services.
β’ Timely response and resolution of incidents and service requests.
