Project Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a holistic view of project management within the dynamic landscape of IT outsourcing and demonstrate a commitment to collective achievement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Project Manager in the IT outsourcing industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Ukrainian and English.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with practical experience in their application.
- Competency in utilizing task-tracking tools such as Jira and Trello, coupled with adeptness in project status reporting.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Desirable Skills (but not mandatory):
- A grasp of the technical nuances associated with Single-Page Applications.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
- A foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing developer workload, ensuring efficient planning and resource allocation.
- Engaging in people management to foster a productive and positive team environment.
- Active participation in pre-sales consultations, requirement analysis, and the initial phase of project launches.
- Prioritizing tasks within the team to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Managing multiple projects concurrently, overseeing schedules, resources, scopes, budgets, and identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, offering consultation and guidance through all stages of the SDLC to ensure client objectives are met.
- Contributing to the creation of technical documentation and specifications, and participating in project planning sessions.
