Data Analyst (offline)

Location: EU
Type of employment: full time, remote
Schedule:‌‌ 8 hours/day from 4:00 pm to 01:00 am, Central European Time (UTC+01:00)

Now we are looking for a passionate, results-driven Data Analyst, who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an efficient multi-tasker with a get-it-done, figure-it-out attitude.


Our ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
- Proven 3-5 years of work experience as a data analyst.
- Proficiency in data analytics software and tools (must have: Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI; nice to have: Tableau, R, Python).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze large amounts of data with accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English: Upper intermediate).

Job to be done:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets and transform the data into insightful information.
- Implement new data analysis methodologies.
- Review customer behavior, market trends, and competitor data.
- Prepare and present data reports to the management.
- Develop tactics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing marketing.
- Monitor and forecast marketing/sales trends, highlighting opportunities for new initiatives and promotions.
- Collaborate with departments across the company to identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
- Development and maintaining a reporting system.
