Head of Support $1500-2000

You’ll become a significant part of a successful digital agency delivering real value to our customers from all over the world.
Requirements:
- Higher education in marketing, business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO/Digital Marketing/B2C.
- Experience in managing a team (from 3-4 people), demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Ability and desire to stimulate and train a team.
- English from B2 (level).
- Ability to work with CRM systems.
Customer focus, openness, communication skills, ability to easily establish contacts and resolve conflict situations.
Responsibilities:
1. Department management:
Operational and strategic management of the Support/Account department.
Organization of work, including planning, monitoring task completion and resource allocation.
Setting goals and objectives for department employees and monitoring their implementation.
Analysis and optimization of department work processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintaining daily/monthly/quarterly/reporting, CRM, Google docs.
2. Personnel management:
Selection, training, motivation and performance evaluation of department employees.
3. Customer support:
Provide a high level of customer service in accordance with Natural Links established quality standards.
Solving complex customer issues and problems that require the intervention of the department head.
Organizing customer feedback to continuously improve the quality of services.
4. Cooperation with other departments:
Ensuring effective interaction between the Support/Account department and other departments, such as BizDev, SEO, etc.
Providing necessary information and support to solve problems of other departments.
