Manual QA Engineer for a task management system in the private aviation domain (offline)

We're looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team at Portside, working on two key projects: Universal Task Management and Portside Optimizer.

About the project and role
Universal Task Management is all about making task management easier and more efficient in private aviation, connecting smoothly with uvGO (third-party mission management platform) to keep everything running smoothly. It's your go-to for organizing all sorts of aviation tasks, planning out trips, and getting help from live agents when you need it.

Portside Optimizer is designed to make scheduling aircraft and crew as smooth as possible, especially for businesses dealing with many planes and a large pool of crew members. It looks at everything β€” when planes and staff are available, when planes need check-ups, and other important stuff β€” to come up with the most efficient, cost-saving schedule. It's smart enough to follow tons of industry and customer specific rules and work with multiple scheduling systems, making sure everything is sorted fast, usually in less than 10 minutes. This means you can change plans quickly without a hitch, keeping everyone in the loop.

By becoming part of our team, you'll play a role in making sure both Universal Task Management and Portside Optimizer meet quality expectations of world-class flight management companies. You'll work alongside a group of talented software developers, QA engineers, product managers, and designers β€” who really love aviation and are set on building top-notch flight management tools. This job will put your skills to good use, helping make aviation software even better and making a real difference in how aviation businesses run all over the world.
