Head of Sales (offline)

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies alined with company’s goals with clear quality indicator
- Train, growth and build Successful Sales Team
- Optimisation and organisation of the sales team in effective interaction with other departments of the company
- Support, control and managing a Sales Team based on personal and/or company’s goals
- Performance review, comparison and adjustment according to goals
- Prepare, launch (drive and execute) the campaign on searching of a new/potential clients
- Being a leading person to prompt, establish and foster a new inbound channels
- Creating a Proposals/Follow-Ups/ Marketing documentation and other and collateral materials
- Monitoring and tracking of customer satisfaction for smooth cooperation
- Reporting on weekly and monthly bases



Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience with a focus on selling IT services or /and business development in IT engineering services company
- Proven career background (at least 2+ year of leading Seles Team or/and similar position)
- Experience working in outsourcing field with strong understanding of technologies and professional services delivery
- Deep understanding the sales funnel and negotiation phases
- Strong leadership position with proven ability to lead by example, motivate and develop the team
- Proven experience to create sales processed, set realistic targets and plans
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer-oriented focus
- Strong time management, problem solving, issue-resolution skills with deep attention to details and ability to multitasking
- Growth and development focused, open-minded with creative approach
- Fluent English speaking
