Team Lead DevOps (offline)

Requirements:

DevOps Cloud and own Cloud Infrastructure
β€’ 4+ years of relevant experience;
β€’ AWS Cloud (EKS, ECR, EC2, IAM, RDS, EBS, EFS, VPC, S3);
β€’ oVirt or KVM experience;
β€’ Kubernetes(EKS), HELM Chart;
β€’ IaC (based on Terraform, git), GitOps;
β€’ Proven experience with maintaining and updating an on-premise environment, as well as deploying to it;
β€’ Monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Tempo, Loki);
β€’ Programming skills: Bash or Python;
β€’ Linux (CentOS 8.x-9.x, Debian 11+) - installation, configuration and administration;
β€’ Knowledge of MQ systems(NATS/Kafka);
β€’ Working with Nginx web-servers;
β€’ English: intermediate or above.

Will be plus:
β€’ Experience with Golang;
β€’ Networks operations;
β€’ Skills to build and maintain HA systems;
β€’ Knowledge of ArgoCD.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Management and responsibility of technical and architectural solutions developed in the team during the implementation of projects, their approval together with the CTOs and the Architect;
β€’ Organization and conducting necessary technical sessions and brainstorming to clarify, discuss and find solutions to the tasks being performed;
β€’ Team members help in finding and implementing solutions for tasks performed, mentoring and coaching them;
β€’ People management - holding 1:1 meetings with team members, performance reviews, critical and supportive conversations, providing feedback on work to the team members. This involves PM and HR representatives participation as well as the appropriate instruments and tools usage;
β€’ Participation in technical interviews and selection of candidates for the team;
β€’ Planning and preparation necessary resources for the development of the team in advance, together with the PM;
β€’ Participation in grooming, planning and prioritization of projects and tasks together with the PM and the team members;
β€’ Being a bridge between the team and other departments and business (BAs, PM(s), Product Managers/Owners) from a technical point of view - to represent the team in an external environment for it and represent business interests for the team;
β€’ Reporting on the progress, status and results of projects and teams together with the PM;
β€’ Collaboration and cooperation with CTOs, Architecture and other Leads for technical instruments, processes and flows improvement and optimization.
