Product Promo Manager (iGaming) (offline)

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of our products by identifying the needs of our target audience and developing innovative solutions to meet those needs.


Responsibilities:
Launch and operating brands with the creation of a strategy for the project and road map;

Quality control of the product in all areas, communication with related divisions to create a better user experience;

Achievement of set goals, and implementation of project plans;

Setting and detailing tasks, accepting work, planning and tracking deadlines;
Using CMS;

Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the product, its further optimization, and improvement;

Analysis monitoring of competitors, their USP, bonus policies, etc.

Participation in communication with key VIP clients;

Setting up and managing a bonus system, and creating a loyalty program.


Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in product gambling companies;

English at the upper-intermediate level and above;

Understanding the regulation of markets and peculiarities of licenses will be a plus;

Deep understanding of casino products, bonus systems, and loyalty programs;

Experience in creating tournaments and promotional companies.
