Business Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to understand business objectives and requirements for each project.
- Playing a key role in presale processes
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels, including clients and internal teams.
Identifying the business needs and expectations of the customer and translating them into business change drivers and effective technical solutions
- Planning, conducting, and facilitating discovery project workshops
- Defining, translating, simplifying, and prioritizing requirements
- Handling discovery face activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analytics, web/mobile development, and e-commerce.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
3+ years of experience
- Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Upper-intermediate or higher-level English
