Financial Manager (offline)

Experience:

- Experience in the position of financial manager/financial director/deputy financial director for at least 5 years

- Experience working with banks in Cyprus, EU

- Experience with payment systems: Unlimit(cardpay), Payoneer, Paypal, Paxum

- Experience with audit reporting (Cyprus is required) will be an advantage - Georgia, Hong Kong, Czech Republic; interaction with auditors on reporting preparation

- Experience in preparing PL, CF, Balance

- Confident knowledge of financial and management accounting principles

- English B1+ (communication with auditors and banks)

- Experience in IT, marketing, arbitrage (desirable)

- Higher education (finance, economics, accounting and auditing)

 

Functional responsibilities:

Treasury block management:

-payment of wires, communication with banks, preparation of responses to requests

-preparation of Cash Flow (plan/actual)

-control of the payment block (statuses/transactions)

- preparation of payment calendar, monitoring of implementation

 

Management of the Non-Residents block:

-control over the preparation of Invoices, timely provision to auditors for the preparation of audit reports

-checking the correctness of Invoices data, reconciliation with accounting systems

-communication with auditors on all issues

-VAT control

-checking audit reports

 

Block management Management reporting:

-preparation of PL (plan/actual) preliminary

-Balance preparation preliminary

-checking and analyzing transactions for reporting

-conducting transactions to accrue income and expenses (part)

- other functional responsibilities related to management reporting and report preparation

 

Team management: there will be 1-2 employees subordinate to you
