Project Manager for the project in logistics industry (UK client) (offline)

Whom we are looking for:
Our company is seeking a skillful and reliable team player to fill the position of Project Manager.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Project Management (3+ years)
- Technical background is a big plus (development, testing, business analysis experience, etc.)
- Strong experience in Software development methodologies (Agile is a must, Waterfall is a plus)
- Technical degree would be a plus
- Project Management certification is a great asset
- Upper-intermediate or Advanced written and spoken English skills
- Strong communication, prioritization, organization, time management and delegation skills
- Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty
- Leadership Qualities

Responsibilities:
- Driving projects from initiation towards success
- Contribute to an account development, identify needs, drive up sales, etc
- Understand customer and other stakeholders expectations, make the team accountable accordingly to their deadlines & deliverables
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Proactively follow up / escalate on any issues and communicate with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure quality of the process and deliverables
- Propose & implement regular improvements to the Perfectial development process. As part of this, perform post-mortem analysis, lessons learned sessions, and recommend best-practices

Also, each project coordinator and manager at Perfectial belongs to the Project Management Office that is a community-driven functional department in the organization that is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuous improvement of project management approaches and tools used company-wide.

As a member of PMO, you will be responsible for:
- Contribution into a continuous process improvement
- Mastering project management skills and competencies
- Applying company processes to running projects
- Represent PMO across a company and to clients
- Mentoring activities
