We are looking for a proactive and initiative-driven Product Manager who will assist in the efficient organization of the development process.⚡️

🔹 It is important for us:
- 5 years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner/Project Manager
- Experience in SaaS marketing or SaaS sales domains
- Understanding of the SDLC methodology
- Business analysis experience and be able to look at the product from a user perspective
- Experience with data: analytics, defining Amplitude metrics, A/B testing
- Understanding of UI/UX principles to create intuitive and user-friendly products
- Confirmed experience in product development and implementation strategies, from concept to market launch
- Knowledge of project and product management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence
- Responsibility, strong organizational, high attention to details
- English - Upper Intermediate

🔹Will be a plus:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of programming languages or technical background

The Project manager in Snovio is a hybrid role that combines the role of the Project manager, Product manager, and Business analyst.
Snovio Product Manager : PM + BA + Product Manager.

You will be able to support existing features and work on new functionality. We give instruments, freedom and responsibility to design things from scratch without standing behind your shoulder yet being extremely supportive.

🔸Among the other key responsibilities PM:
- Create, maintain, prioritize tasks in product backlog based on business value
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams (including foreign teammates) such as product managers, designers, and developers to understand the product vision and roadmap, and develop and execute against a plan to deliver new functionality. Communicate with
- Describes business requirements, creates mockups and collaborate with UI/UX designers, ensuring that the end result meets the business goals and user needs
- Analyzes competitors and proposes a concept and product or feature monetization approval
- Defining the scope of the feature, and working closely with the development team to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Conducts demos to other teams, gathers feedback, and tracks statistics
- Manages projects in Jira
- Organizing and building the development team, including hiring, onboarding and managing team members
