Country Manager

About project:

We are looking for an experienced manager with a background in IGaming to join us as a Country Manager for the EU regions. You will be a key representative of the company and will be responsible for the development and implementation of company's product development strategy in new markets.

Responsibilities:

-Research, analysis and evaluation of potential EU markets for new product launch.
-The company’s spokesperson in the market and main contact person for operations and product development.
-Representing the company within the targeted markets, when it comes to dealing with major customers, partners, and professional associations.
-Responsible for the budget, delivering revenue growth and financial targets.
-Communication and reporting between local and HQ teams.
-Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market including competitive and regulatory environment.
-Conduct and coordinate market research and go-to-market strategies.
-Responsible for local marketing strategy and brand positioning.
-Responsible for structuring, building and leading a local team to run local operations.

Requirements:

-At least 2 years of iGaming industry experience in a similar role.
-Exceptional knowledge of the EU on-line gaming market and consumer behavior.
-Experience in working in an international environment across locations and teams.
-Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills;
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Good understanding and experience in Marketing.
-Proficiency in English.
