Inbound Marketing Lead

Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience: SEO Lead, Inbound Marketing Lead, Growth Web Lead.
• Deep understanding of Inbound marketing, SEO, CRO/LPO, linkbuilding, PR, SMM. 
• Strong people management skills.
• Understanding of key marketing performance indicators and tracking tools with a focus on key product and business metrics.
• Understanding of the customer journey and a constant striving for process optimization and improvement.
• Experience with CRO/LPO.
• Experience in managing website development in close collaboration with designers, engineers etc.
• Experience with: Google Analytics, Firebase, Search Console, Data Studio, Tableau, Amplitude, Google Optimize, Hotjar, Similar Web, aHrefs, Semrush, Screamina, Frog, Miro, Figma, Asana, Jira, Notion
• B2+ level of English.

You'll be responsible for
• Development and evaluation of content marketing strategy and organic traffic growth plan with a focus on CRO/LPO, SMM, and Digital PR.
• Building performance forecasts, checking and improving the plan daily to achieve goals and KPIs.
• Defining short-term and long-term plans, budget and resource requirements.
• Market research: niche, competitors, benchmarks. 
• Team management: SEO specialist, 2 Content Managers, Copywriter. Also, you'll be working with CRO Manager, Designers, Engineers, PR Team.
• Coordination and implementation of organic growth projects: from inception to completion.
