Mid-Senior Project Manager (offline)

We're seeking a dynamic, middle-solid, or senior-level Project Manager to spearhead our efforts to revolutionize our processes. In this role, you can overhaul existing frameworks or establish new ones, driving efficiency and excellence across our organization. Your role - In a nutshell

- Overseeing the development and execution of projects, from conception to completion;

- Being responsible for defining project objectives, creating timelines, allocating resources, and managing stakeholders;

- Playing a pivotal role in process improvement and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget;

- Collaborating with Design, Development, Marketing, Sales, and C-level departments;

- Operating in domains such as biotech, fintech, recycling, telecom, startups, and others.

- Analytical mindset

- Advanced Fluent English

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and ideas presentation skills

- Experience in product lifecycle management, from an idea to live operations

- Understanding digital markets, experience in marketing is a plus

What you'll - be doing

- Help establish and optimize operational processes for efficiency

- Articulate business requirements/requests to the team

- Gather and process the feedback to share it with the team

- Present the team's solutions to businesses

- Perform analysis and sanity checks

- Create and maintain up-to-date project documentation

- Decompose and prioritize project engagement

- Delivery responsibility
