Data Platform Technical Coordinator (offline)
NBS LVIV is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead for our Twilio Segment CDP and Braze Development team. This role will oversee a group of 3-7 developers, focusing on maintaining and implementing integrations for Twilio Segment CDP and Braze platforms to support our marketing efforts across Europe. The ideal candidate will work closely with campaign managers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless data flow and efficient campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of 3-7 developers in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Twilio Segment CDP, Braze, and other internal and external systems.
2. Collaborate with campaign managers to configure and optimize data flow for marketing campaigns.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
4. Develop and maintain documentation for data flows, system integrations, and processes.
5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
6. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new features of Twilio Segment CDP and Braze.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous integration and deployment practices.
8. Manage team performance, mentor team members, and contribute to their professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data integration and API development.
2. 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
4. Hands-on experience with Twilio Segment CDP and Braze platform integrations.
5. Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.
6. Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
7. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Desired Skills:
1. Experience with other marketing automation and customer data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, etc.).
2. Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
3. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
4. Experience working in a distributed team or remote work environment.
