Support Engineer
Requirements:
β 1+ years of experience
β Experience as an L1 application support analyst
β Problem (L1) resolution
β Understanding business logic of apps
β Experience in communications with customer or support work
β Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
β Responsibility and self-organization;
β Flexibility in work hours to accommodate LATAM market;
β Experience working with Google Chrome βDeveloper toolsβ;
Respodibilities:
β Investigate and reproduce customer issues
β Document all resolutions through the support desk system, produce and maintain the documentation and templates on IT processes
β Supporting multi-user applications
β Customer issue analyzation
Will be an advantage:
β Basic knowledge of Jira and Kibana will be a plus
β Basic understanding of HTTP requests and responses structure;
β Basic understanding how API works.
β Basic knowledge of SQL.
β Experience with VoIP
β Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
β Kubernetes
