Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer that will focus on solving customers issues and join our ambitious team for the full-time position.

Requirements:
● 1+ years of experience
● Experience as an L1 application support analyst
● Problem (L1) resolution
● Understanding business logic of apps
● Experience in communications with customer or support work
● Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
● Responsibility and self-organization;
● Flexibility in work hours to accommodate LATAM market;
● Experience working with Google Chrome β€œDeveloper tools”;

Respodibilities:
● Investigate and reproduce customer issues
● Document all resolutions through the support desk system, produce and maintain the documentation and templates on IT processes
● Supporting multi-user applications
● Customer issue analyzation

Will be an advantage:
● Basic knowledge of Jira and Kibana will be a plus
● Basic understanding of HTTP requests and responses structure;
● Basic understanding how API works.
● Basic knowledge of SQL.
● Experience with VoIP
● Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
● Kubernetes
