Customer Care Representative/ Booking Agent Offline

No COLD calling!!! We’re hiring highly motivated reps to answer phones & take orders for one of the largest moving operations in California.

US WORKING HOURS are required (PST 8 am-5pm)

Experience in the moving industry is welcomed but not required.

 As a Sales/Customer Care Representative you will be responsible for a high level of activity including, engaging with new customers, following up with prospective customers, and setting appointments to close moving services bookings.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing clients to close bookings;
• Set goals to surpass customer expectations by working closely with TOP management to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities;
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs;
• Answer questions about moving services;
• Maintain contact lists in the Company’s customer database;
• Customer support (answering questions, resolving issues, etc.);
• Specific tasks may change as the needs of the business progress.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• 1-Year experience in sales or customer service;
• Excellent communications skills;
• Multitasking and highly-organized, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment;
• Tech-savvy.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the moving industry

• Phone sales experience
