Requirements:

- 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a related field

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (upper intermediate level)

- Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills

- Professional demeanor and presentation

- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work collaboratively in a team environment

- Basic computer proficiency (email, internet)

- Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Closing deals with clients in the US market

- Conducting sales calls to secure deals with drivers

- Effective communication and collaboration within the team

- Researching and staying updated on trends in the transport and logistics industry
