Junior Lead Generation Specialist (offline)

We're in search of an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join us. Your role will involve acquiring new clients and partners through UpWork platform. Please note that this position involves evening work hours. From 16:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.



- Monitor new Upwork posts and quickly qualify relevant requests;

- Writing proposals and bidding on Upwork and other similar platforms;

- Write highly-customized cover letters;

- Business correspondence with potential clients;

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies;

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation.



- Up to 1 year of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist;

- Good understanding of Outsourcing and Outstaffing services;

- Familiarity with Google Input Tools and CRM systems for efficient lead generation;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Be organized and result-oriented;

- Be proactive and always shows strong initiative;

- Strong Upper-Intermediate or Advanced written and spoken English.

- Previous experience with LinkedIn or UpWork services;
