Our client is an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA. The company focuses on Western standards of working conditions. The role will involve:

- Handling recruitment process (searching and selecting candidates)

- Process paperwork: Collecting and checking required paperwork to meet the stated requirements

- Interviewing new candidates and explaining an external industry regulations

- Dealing with a CRM system

- Handling complaints and grievance properly

- Processing of emails and prompt resolution of the related issues

We also have a list of requirements for this position:

- Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level

- Fluent knowledge of Hindi

- Good verbal communication, decision-making and negotiation skills

- Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility

- Multitasking, prioritization and effective time management

- Desire to work and develop in the field of recruiting for at least one year

- Experience in sales will be a plus

During the curfew you will have a hybrid schedule: Start of the working day in the office from 3PM to 9PM, then from 10PM to 1AM — remotely.
