SEO and PPC Specialist

Job Purpose
The SEO and PPC Specialist is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive online marketing strategy, including SEO optimization, PPC campaign management, landing page creation, and persuasive copywriting to enhance the company's online presence, drive traffic, and promote its cybersecurity and compliance services. This role demands a blend of analytical and creative skills to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions across various digital platforms.
What You Will Do in This Role
• Strategy
o Craft and execute SEO & PPC strategies that align with the company's business goals.
o Analyze performance data to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Campaign Management
o Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
o Monitor SEO progress and adjust tactics to improve search rankings.
• Technical SEO
o Conduct website audits to identify technical barriers to SEO performance.
o Implement on-page optimization strategies including meta-tags, headers, and content optimization.
• Content Development
o Collaborate on content strategy to enhance organic search visibility and PPC conversion.
o Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Paid Campaign messaging aligns with Organic Content messaging.

• Digital Marketing
o Oversee digital campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
o Utilize analytics to drive decision-making and report on campaign performance.
• Landing Page Optimization
o Develop and test landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
o Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to implement best practices for conversion rate optimization.
• Industry Research
o Stay abreast of the latest trends in SEO and PPC, applying insights to current strategies.
o Monitor competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaboration
o Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and seamless client journey.
o Provide input on ad copy and content to align with overall marketing objectives.
• Analytics and Reporting
o Deliver regular reports on SEO & PPC performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
o Analyze data to understand customer behavior and refine targeting strategies.
Required Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Paid Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of creating effective ad campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs.
Knowledge and Skills
• Strong understanding of Google & LinkedIn Ads platform, keyword research tools, and analytics.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Superior level of written English
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance industry is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
• Google Ads certification.
• Experience with other digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity or compliance industry.
