Client Service Team Lead (Technical) Offline
Dataweb Global Group looking for a Senior Client Service Manager (Technical).
Dataweb Global Group is an international hosting and IaaS Provider. Our solution scope includes full-stack IT infrastructure solutions based on enterprise-lever Bare Metal, cloud offerings, and content delivery services.
We work with clients across various industries who require custom-built solutions to manage significant computing power, such as VoD platforms, Martech/Adtech platforms, Fintech, AI/ML computing, gaming, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Efficient organization and leadership of the technical support team within the Client Service Department structure, including task distribution, setting priorities, and achieving customer service goals
- Ongoing monitoring of customer service quality, conducting feedback analysis, identifying problem areas, and developing plans for improvement
- Coordination and oversight of order processing, interaction with clients and technical specialists at all stages of implementation, including resolving complex client issues
- Continuous improvement of technical support processes, implementation of innovations to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Recruitment, training, motivation, evaluation, and development of team members, along with fostering a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in technical support, preferably with management or team leadership experience
- Knowledge of the hosting market (dedicated servers, CDN, VPS, domains, etc)
- Deep understanding of the configuration and features of server hardware, technical specifications
- Experience of working with clients (B2B) and focus on the service component and its development
- Good communication skills, experience of effective work with proposals and objections
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Ability to plan and organise work, set priorities and provide constructive feedback
- Willingness to look for opportunities and solutions
