Support Manage with Portuguese and English Offline

We are a dynamic iGaming company with 10+ renowned B2C brands. Our company was founded in 2020 by a group of talented top managers, and now there are already more than 600 of us! Our main projects are betting and online casinos.

 

We invite a Support Manager to join our team.

 

Requirements:

 

 

Stress resistance: the ability to work effectively and make decisions in stressful situations.

 

Customer focus: emphasis on meeting customer needs and requests.

 

Knowledge of two languages – Portuguese (B2-C1) and English (B2-C1).

 

Professionalism in communication: the ability to maintain a respectful and friendly tone when speaking with clients, even in difficult situations.

 

Confident computer skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Quick response to customer requests in online chats;

 

Providing advice on functionality, technical issues, financial aspects, and other areas. Also, clients can contact without a specific question, just to communicate, express negativity, etc.;

 

Achieving personal financial goals and customer service department goals;

 

Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to improve processes and product.

 

Schedule:

 

Variable schedule: 2-day shifts / 2 days off / 2-night shifts / 2 days off (12 hours per shift).
