Junior/Middle Business Unit Administrator (offline)

Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Business Unit Administrator. This is an opportunity to join our great team of professionals

Areas of Responsibility:
Manage time reporting of multiple teams
Gather and prepare invoice data
Compile status reports and meeting minutes
Manage onboarding of new project members
Gather quarterly performance reviews
Carry out generic account dashboard maintenance
Responsibilities related to office administration and account management
Manage expense reports
Deal with travel arrangements

Qualifications:
Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good skills in documentation workflow maintenance
Fluent level of English (both speaking and writing skills)
High final exam score in mathematics
Basic understanding of accounting and finances
Being organized and responsible
Having a proactive and result-oriented attitude
Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass is considered an advantage.
