Обов’язки :

✓ Обробка запитів та звернень клієнтів в чатах.
✓ Ескалація запитів по відділам.
✓ Надання інформації за продуктами та послугами компанії.
✓ Ведення звітності.

Графік роботи:
Позмінний, нічні і денні зміни.

Робота в офісі м. Київ. Після випробувального - можливий гібридний графік роботи.
