We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our international team with a policy of freedom, development, and shared values.

We are a software development company that builds our own software products and provides custom software development services to the international market. We work with TOP 500 Fortune companies, Enterprises, Governmental organizations, and growing startups.

 

 

We are happy to invite a candidate who is ready to travel around the world, work with lead generation managers, marketing specialists, designers, and tech teams, and ready to invest their knowledge and energy into driving the growth of our business together.

 

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new clients.

- Identify and analyze market opportunities for our services.

- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with potential clients and partners.

- Managing clients’ expectations.

- Conduct negotiations with potential clients and close lucrative deals.

- Manage deals from the first hot touch to the successful closure.

- Participate in analyzing the competitive landscape and developing strategies to enhance our company's competitiveness.

- Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of business results, providing recommendations for process and strategy improvements.

 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of working experience as a Sales or Business Development Manager in IT for B2B.

• Customer-oriented, organized, self-driven, and highly proactive individual.

• Effective time and work management skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent English (written and verbal)

 

Will be a plus:

— Experience in People Management

— Experience in working with UpWork
